Independent bid assistance

Your schedule starts with a better-structured bid.

We turn what matters most to your month into a carefully organized PBS strategy—using aviation experience, computer-based analysis, and a human review before you act.

For SkyWest pilots and flight attendants · Founding rate: $10 per bid period

An animated example organizes days off, commutability, and trip length into a structured monthly bid for review.

Independent by design. Maverick Air is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by SkyWest Airlines. Bid outcomes depend on seniority, staffing, available pairings, system rules, contractual requirements, and other factors outside our control.

01 / What we do

Your priorities, translated into a deliberate bid.

You tell us what would make the month work. We turn those preferences into an organized strategy that reflects your role, seniority position, and current circumstances.

02 / How it works

A calmer process from preference to review.

Our system uses computer-based algorithms to organize priorities, evaluate available bidding strategies, and support informed decisions. Human review is part of every bid during the founding phase.

04 / About Maverick Air

Aviation knowledge, structured with care.

Maverick Air is an aviation technology company being built to empower flight crew members. We combine aviation knowledge, structured preference analysis, computer-based algorithms, and thoughtful bid preparation—without losing the value of a human conversation.

The long-term vision is a more automated experience. The founding service begins with personal consultation and human review so the process can be shaped around what crews actually need.

Your schedule deserves careful handling.

This prototype does not send or store personal information, uploaded files, passwords, employee details, or payment information. When real systems are added, Maverick Air will need secure accounts, storage, access controls, retention rules, and a hosted payment provider.

06 / Common questions

Clear answers, without the fine-print fog.

Is this service affiliated with SkyWest Airlines?

No. Maverick Air is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by SkyWest Airlines.

Can you guarantee the schedule I want?

No. Results depend on seniority, staffing, available pairings, PBS rules, contractual requirements, and other factors outside Maverick Air’s control. The goal is a more informed, clearly structured bid.

What information will I need to provide?

Your role, position, equipment, domicile, requested days off, trip-length and duty-time preferences, commuting details, priority order, and a plain-language description of the month you want. The final SkyWest-specific field list still needs validation.

What is the difference between recurring and one-time bidding?

Both currently show the same level of consultation, preparation, and review. The recurring plan is intended for ongoing bid periods; pricing and cancellation details still need to be finalized.

Can pilots and flight attendants both use the service?

Yes. The experience is designed for both groups, with role-specific questions where appropriate.

How do previous bids help?

Previous bids and awarded schedules help us understand how your preferences have performed and where a different bidding structure may be useful.

Will you submit the bid for me?

Submission assistance has not yet been finalized. Maverick Air will never ask you to enter your SkyWest password on this website. Any final submission should occur through official SkyWest systems.
